The law making process regarding the regulation of Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) in Nova Scotia has yet to be finalized. The College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia (The College) aniticipates that the regulation of EMRs will commence sometime in the Summer of 2024.

Currently, the College is unable to provide registration & licensure advice regarding EMRs at this time. Please refer to this webpage for updates as they are made available.
