By-Laws Consultation

We are pleased to announce that the College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia (CPNS) has migrated under the Nova Scotia Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) and is continuing its operations under the new name Nova Scotia Regulator of Paramedicine (NSRoP).

As part of this migration, the NSRoP Board recently approved the NSRoP Bylaws at their June 4, 2024.

In accordance regulation 24(2) of the RHPA Regulations Respecting Paramedicine the NSRoP is expected to consult with each registrant, the Minister, the Regulated Health Professions Network and any other relevant person or organization identified by the Board.

To assist you in submitting feedback we are providing a survey that allows you to select the bylaw articles you wish to give feedback on.

Thank you for your time and attention to this consultation process. We look forward to receiving your feedback and support.
